Its working mechanism of this is pretty easy. Big toe has to be used for left click and the pointer toe as right click. By moving the foot the mouse can be hovered. The biggest compromisation is it doesn’t have any cables or wires. It works completely with wireless mechanism. It’s ergonomic design lets the user not to feel sore feet after using it for long time.
